Jay Meyers has developed payment solutions and enterprise software for national retailers, private-label card issuers and worldwide acquirers. His work spans secure software development, application lifecycle management, database and infrastructure design, QA, and web and desktop application development — with hands-on programming across multiple languages and platforms.
